Acceptable Use Policy
DigiX Solutions provides powerful automation tools including AI voice agents and messaging systems. Users must not deploy these tools in ways that are deceptive, abusive, or intended to mislead recipients about the nature of the communication.
Prohibited Activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited messaging that violates carrier or consumer policy.
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or other malicious or illegal content shared through the platform.
- Phishing or fraudulent communications that impersonate other individuals or organizations.
- Sending messages without recipient consent or without complying with applicable consent mechanisms.
- Attempts to bypass carrier compliance, A2P registration, or other telecom safeguards.
- Misleading or spoofed caller ID that obscures the true origin of voice or messaging interactions.
- Introducing malware, malicious software, or exploitation frameworks into the DigiX environment.
- Attempts to overload, overwhelm, or otherwise abuse the DigiX platform infrastructure.
Messaging Requirements
Users must obtain recipient consent before sending messages, honor opt-out requests immediately, and comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations and carrier policies. DigiX Solutions may require additional safeguards for future channels such as iMessage or other third-party messaging endpoints.
Automated Communication Transparency
Users must clearly identify automated communications when required by law and must comply with applicable telecommunications and consumer protection regulations.
Sensitive Data Restrictions
- Protected health information unless explicitly supported.
- Financial account numbers.
- Authentication credentials.
- Other highly sensitive data without proper safeguards in place.
Enforcement
DigiX Solutions may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy in order to protect recipients, carriers, and the integrity of the automation platform.
