By accessing or using DigiX services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance even if the terms are updated later.

2. Description of Services
DigiX Solutions provides AI voice operators, AI inbox automation, AI-generated video content, messaging automation, scheduling workflows, and APIs and automation tools that integrate with CRMs, calendars, and carrier platforms.
3. Deliverables
DigiX Solutions delivers AI-generated video assets (approximately 8 seconds each) as digital files in agreed formats. No raw footage, source files, or project files are included unless explicitly stated in writing. All deliverables are subject to the scope agreed upon at the time of purchase or contract.
4. Payment & Cancellation
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for partial months. The client may cancel at any time with written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. DigiX Solutions reserves the right to pause or terminate service for non-payment.
5. Revisions
Each monthly deliverable includes one (1) round of revisions per video unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production. Revision requests beyond the included rounds will be billed per video.
6. Intellectual Property
The client retains full ownership of all final delivered video assets upon receipt of payment. DigiX Solutions retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display delivered content for the purposes outlined in Section 7.
7. Portfolio & Demo Use
DigiX Solutions reserves the right to use delivered video content, including fragments or excerpts, for internal portfolio, capability demonstrations, sales presentations, and DigiX marketing campaigns (including but not limited to paid ads, social media, and website). DigiX will not publish or distribute content on public-facing channels in a way that misrepresents the client's brand or business without prior written consent.
8. Avatar & Likeness Consent
By engaging DigiX Solutions for AI video content services, the client consents to their likeness, voice, and appearance being used to create an AI-generated avatar exclusively for the purpose of producing agreed deliverables. DigiX Solutions will not share, sell, license, or repurpose the client's avatar or likeness outside of this engagement without explicit written consent.
9. Medical & Regulatory Compliance
The client is solely responsible for reviewing all scripts and video content for medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to applicable FTC, FDA, and platform advertising guidelines prior to approving content for production. DigiX Solutions is not liable for any claims, penalties, or disputes arising from the content of approved scripts or delivered videos.
10. Publishing & Distribution
DigiX Solutions delivers post-ready video assets only. The client is solely responsible for publishing, scheduling, and platform compliance. DigiX holds no obligation to post, manage, or maintain any social media accounts on behalf of the client.
12. User Responsibilities
You must use DigiX services for lawful purposes, avoid abuse of messaging or voice capabilities, and maintain the security of your credentials.
13. AI Disclaimer
DigiX Solutions provides automation and content services that may utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to assist with communications, scheduling, workflow automation, and video content generation. AI-generated responses or outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information when appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiX Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
DigiX may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of this policy, or failure to maintain required carrier or compliance standards.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted to digix-solutions.com/terms with the effective date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
