AI-generated responses or outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiX Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
DigiX may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of this policy, or failure to maintain required carrier or compliance standards.
