DigiX Solutions LLC is an AI automation company that provides AI voice assistants, AI inbox/email operators, AI-generated video content, automated messaging and scheduling, CRM integrations, and API-based automation tools. We rely on third-party infrastructure providers for voice, messaging, AI processing, video generation, and hosting to keep these services reliable. DigiX Solutions provides automation services that may utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to assist with communications, scheduling, workflow automation, and video content generation.

Information We Collect

• Name, title, and company details you provide when you set up an account or request a demo.
• Phone numbers, email addresses, and messaging handles so we can deliver notifications and confirmations.
• Appointment or scheduling details so we know the date, time, location, and context for automated follow-up.
• Communications data such as email threads, SMS transcripts, chat logs, and the metadata that records direction, timestamps, and channel.
• Call metadata or call recordings if a session is recorded to support quality and compliance reviews.
• Likeness, voice, and appearance data collected solely for the purpose of creating an AI-generated avatar when the client has engaged DigiX for video content services.
• Website analytics data including how you navigate digix-solutions.com, device information, geolocation data derived from IP, and cookies that power the site experience.

How We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets you submit through the site or messaging channels.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind your customers about appointments or service calls that you organize through DigiX.
• Provide customer support and human oversight for the AI automation services that run your voice, inbox, and messaging workflows.
• Operate the AI automation services themselves, adapting behaviors to your rules, carrier compliance, and automation playbooks.
• Create AI-generated video avatars using client-provided likeness, voice, and appearance data, exclusively for producing agreed video deliverables.
• Use delivered video assets for DigiX portfolio, capability demonstrations, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns as outlined in our Terms of Service.
• Send you transactional service notifications tied to your account, including delivery and billing alerts, operational updates, and platform health notices.
• Improve our products, services, and security posture through aggregated analytics, testing, and human reviews.

Avatar & Likeness Data

When a client engages DigiX Solutions for AI video content services, we may collect likeness, voice, and appearance data for the purpose of creating AI-generated video content. This data is processed through our AI video generation pipeline and is used exclusively to produce the deliverables agreed upon in the client's service engagement. We do not sell, license, or share avatar or likeness data with any third party outside of that pipeline. Avatar and likeness data is retained only for the duration of the active engagement and deleted upon contract termination or written request.

Messaging Communications

We may send transactional messaging communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling links, and support responses that are tied to your workflow automation. Messages may be delivered via SMS, iMessage, or other messaging platforms depending on the destination device, contact method, or carrier requirements.

No mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Users consent to receive SMS notifications by providing their phone number and agreeing to the messaging disclosure during account registration at https://app.digix-solutions.com/register.

AI Processing Disclosure

DigiX Solutions may use automated systems and AI technologies to process communications and assist with scheduling, support, workflow automation, and video content generation. AI-generated responses or outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information when appropriate.

Third-Party Service Providers

DigiX Solutions may rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver certain services including messaging infrastructure, voice processing, hosting, scheduling, analytics, artificial intelligence processing, and AI video generation. Each provider operates under their own privacy and data processing terms. We encourage clients to review those policies where applicable.

Google Calendar Data

• We request access to Google Calendar through Google's OAuth authorization flow.
• We use this access only to create and update appointment events, check availability, and display your calendar list during onboarding.
• We do not store, sell, or share Google Calendar data with third parties.
• Calendar actions are only initiated by you or your configured DigiX AI agent acting on your instructions.
• You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Data Security

DigiX Solutions implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Data Retention

Avatar and likeness source data collected for video content services (including reference recordings and voice samples) is deleted upon contract termination or written request, whichever comes first. Delivered video assets may be retained and used by DigiX Solutions for portfolio, demonstration, and marketing purposes as outlined in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

User Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. We will consider these requests in accordance with applicable law and will honor rights to the extent we are able.
